Intertrace.center (“Intertrace”, “Platform”) is operated by Zendom LLC,
a California limited liability company, located at 3427 N Freeway Blvd,
Sacramento, CA 95834, United States.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, submitting information to, or otherwise using the Platform,
you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable policies
incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
3. Nature of Service
Intertrace is a global digital platform designed to assist in locating missing persons
by aggregating, structuring, preserving, and displaying user-submitted information.
- Intertrace is not a law enforcement agency.
- Intertrace is not an emergency service.
- Intertrace does not guarantee that a missing person will be found.
- Intertrace does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-submitted content.
- Intertrace does not replace official missing person reporting procedures.
In urgent, dangerous, criminal, or life-threatening situations, you must contact local law enforcement
or emergency services immediately.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
By using Intertrace, you represent that you meet these requirements.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we believe use of the Platform may violate law,
create risk, involve abuse, or compromise safety.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity
occurring under your account.
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You must not impersonate another person or entity.
- You must promptly update inaccurate information.
- You must not share, sell, transfer, or misuse your account.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at any time, with or without notice,
where necessary to protect users, cases, the Platform, or legal compliance.
6. User Responsibility & Content
You are solely responsible for all content you submit, including missing person reports, images,
documents, descriptions, comments, sightings, contact information, and any associated data.
You represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right and authority to submit the content.
- The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- The content does not violate any law, privacy right, intellectual property right, or third-party right.
- You will not knowingly submit false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or unlawful information.
Intertrace does not independently verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy or legitimacy of
user-submitted content.
7. License to Use Content
By submitting content, you grant Intertrace a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual,
royalty-free license to use, store, host, process, display, reproduce, transmit, distribute,
adapt, and otherwise use such content for operation, moderation, safety, legal compliance,
preservation, and improvement of the Platform.
This license allows Intertrace to display approved public case information, process reports,
preserve records, respond to lawful requests, investigate abuse, and operate safety features.
8. Sensitive Data
If you submit sensitive information, including DNA, biometric, identity, medical, family,
location, or other personal data, you confirm that you have lawful authority and any necessary
consent to provide such information.
- You acknowledge that sensitive data may involve privacy and security risks.
- You understand that such data may be processed, stored, reviewed, or transferred as needed for Platform operation.
- You understand that Intertrace does not provide medical, forensic, legal, or law enforcement conclusions.
Additional rules may apply under the DNA & Biometric Data Consent, Privacy Policy,
KYC / Identity Verification Policy, and related legal documents.
9. Prohibited Use
You must not use Intertrace to:
- Submit false, misleading, fabricated, or malicious reports.
- Defame, harass, stalk, threaten, exploit, or intimidate others.
- Upload illegal, abusive, violent, exploitative, or infringing content.
- Publicly accuse any person without lawful basis.
- Interfere with law enforcement, emergency services, or official investigations.
- Scrape, hack, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or abuse Platform systems.
- Misuse personal data, biometric data, DNA information, or identity documents.
- Use the Platform for fraud, extortion, vigilantism, revenge, doxxing, or harassment.
10. Payments & Fees
Certain features may require payment. Payments may be processed by third-party providers,
including card processors or other payment systems.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, payments are final and non-refundable.
Payment does not guarantee approval, publication, visibility, outcome, or success of any case.
11. Fraud & Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to investigate, moderate, restrict, suspend, remove, or terminate access
in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, false reporting, identity misuse, harassment, security risk,
or violation of these Terms.
We may preserve logs, IP addresses, account activity, submitted content, and related records
for safety, legal, operational, and compliance purposes.
12. DMCA & Copyright
If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, contact us at:
support@Intertrace.center.
We may remove content without notice where we believe removal is necessary for legal compliance,
user safety, intellectual property protection, or Platform integrity.
13. Third-Party Services
Intertrace may contain links to third-party websites, payment processors, map providers,
hosting services, analytics tools, or other external systems.
Intertrace is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, accuracy, policies,
security practices, or actions.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express,
implied, statutory, or otherwise.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete,
or suitable for any particular purpose.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zendom LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages.
This includes, without limitation:
- Loss of data, revenue, business, reputation, or opportunity.
- Outcomes related to missing person cases.
- User-generated content or third-party actions.
- Delays, inaccuracies, failures, or interruptions.
- Unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure of information.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Intertrace, if any, during the
relevant period giving rise to the claim.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zendom LLC, its affiliates, officers,
contractors, service providers, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, costs,
and expenses arising from:
- Your content or submissions.
- Your use or misuse of the Platform.
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
- Your infringement of third-party rights.
17. International Use
Intertrace may be accessed from different jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that
your use of the Platform complies with laws applicable to you.
We make no representation that the Platform, its content, or its features are lawful, available,
or appropriate in every country or region.
18. Data Retention
We may retain submitted data, logs, account records, payment records, moderation records,
and related information for operational, legal, safety, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
19. Arbitration Agreement
To the extent permitted by law, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the
State of California.
You waive the right to participate in class actions, collective actions, representative actions,
or jury trials, except where such waiver is prohibited by law.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States,
without regard to conflict of law principles.
21. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes
acceptance of the revised Terms.
