2. Not a Law Enforcement Agency

Intertrace is not a law enforcement agency, government authority, court, investigative body, emergency response service, forensic authority, or official missing persons registry.

Information available on the Platform should not be treated as official confirmation, legal evidence, law enforcement determination, or verified investigative finding.

3. Not an Emergency Service

Intertrace is not an emergency service and does not provide emergency response.

If a person is in immediate danger, missing under urgent circumstances, or there is any risk of death, serious harm, kidnapping, trafficking, abuse, exploitation, or criminal activity, you must contact local law enforcement, emergency services, or relevant authorities immediately.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Intertrace does not guarantee that:

  • A missing person will be found;
  • A case will be solved;
  • Submitted information will lead to useful results;
  • Reports, sightings, comments, or leads are accurate;
  • Any person will be identified;
  • Any authority will act on information published through the Platform.

5. User-Generated Content

The Platform contains user-generated content. Users are solely responsible for the information, images, descriptions, comments, sightings, documents, and other materials they submit.

Intertrace does not guarantee, verify, endorse, or certify the accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or authenticity of user-submitted content.

6. No Verification Warranty

Although Intertrace may review, moderate, restrict, or remove content, such actions do not mean that Intertrace has verified the truth, legality, ownership, consent, authority, or accuracy of any content.

7. No Professional Advice

Information on the Platform is provided for general informational and organizational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, medical, forensic, investigative, psychological, financial, law enforcement, immigration, or professional advice.

You should consult qualified professionals or authorities before relying on any information connected with a missing person case, legal matter, investigation, medical issue, or safety concern.

8. DNA, Biometric, and Sensitive Data Disclaimer

Intertrace may allow or reference the submission of DNA-related, biometric, genetic, medical, physical, or other sensitive identifying information.

Intertrace is not a genetic testing company, forensic laboratory, medical provider, scientific authority, or identity confirmation service.

Intertrace does not provide:

  • Medical diagnoses;
  • Genetic analysis conclusions;
  • Forensic conclusions;
  • Legal identity confirmations;
  • Official relationship determinations;
  • Court-admissible findings.

9. Public Exposure Risk

Information submitted to Intertrace may become publicly visible, indexed by search engines, copied, archived, downloaded, republished, or shared by third parties.

Intertrace cannot guarantee complete removal of information once it has been publicly disclosed, copied, indexed, cached, or republished outside the Platform.

Intertrace is not responsible for how third parties use, copy, interpret, share, archive, modify, or republish information obtained from the Platform.

13. AI, Matching, Search, and Automated Tools

Intertrace may use search tools, analytics, automated systems, similarity checks, duplicate detection, AI-assisted tools, or data structuring features.

These tools may produce incomplete, inaccurate, false-positive, false-negative, or misleading results. Automated outputs are informational only and must not be treated as verified conclusions.

14. Case Visibility and Moderation

Intertrace may approve, reject, hide, restrict, edit, de-index, suspend, or remove content at its discretion for safety, legal, privacy, fraud-prevention, moderation, or operational reasons.

Intertrace does not guarantee that any submitted case will be published, remain published, appear in search results, receive visibility, or generate responses.

15. Payment Disclaimer

Payment of any submission, publication, verification, or service fee does not guarantee publication, approval, case visibility, search ranking, investigation, response, identification, recovery, or any specific outcome.

Payments may be final and non-refundable as described in our Terms of Service and related policies.

16. Law Enforcement Disclaimer

Intertrace may cooperate with law enforcement where legally required or permitted, but Intertrace does not control law enforcement actions, investigations, priorities, decisions, responses, or outcomes.

Submitting information to Intertrace does not replace filing a police report or contacting relevant authorities.

17. International Use Disclaimer

Intertrace may be accessed globally. Laws regarding missing persons, privacy, defamation, biometric data, DNA data, publication of personal information, reporting obligations, and online content vary by jurisdiction.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to them.

18. Privacy and Security Disclaimer

Intertrace uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. However, no website, database, transmission, storage method, security system, or online platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You use the Platform and submit information at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intertrace and Zendom LLC disclaim responsibility for:

  • False, misleading, incomplete, or harmful information;
  • Misuse of information by users or third parties;
  • Failure to locate or identify any person;
  • Actions or inactions of law enforcement or authorities;
  • Loss, exposure, copying, or republication of data;
  • Emotional, reputational, privacy-related, legal, financial, or consequential harm;
  • Technical failures, downtime, errors, security incidents, or data loss.
