Law Enforcement Access Policy

1. Purpose

This Law Enforcement Access Policy (“Policy”) describes how Intertrace.center (“Platform”) responds to requests for user data from law enforcement and government authorities.

Intertrace is operated by Zendom LLC, located at 3427 N Freeway Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95834, United States.

2. General Principles

  • We respect user privacy and data protection laws;
  • We cooperate with lawful investigations;
  • We do not provide voluntary access to user data without legal basis;
  • We require valid legal process for disclosure.

3. Types of Requests We Accept

3.1 Legal Requests

We respond only to valid legal instruments, including:

  • Subpoenas;
  • Court orders;
  • Search warrants;
  • Other legally binding requests.

3.2 Emergency Requests

We may consider emergency requests involving imminent risk of death or serious harm. Such requests must include sufficient detail and justification.

4. Required Information

Requests must include:

  • Official letterhead or verified authority;
  • Legal basis for request;
  • Specific data requested;
  • Timeframe of data;
  • Case reference or investigation ID;
  • Contact details of requesting officer.

5. Method of Submission

All requests must be submitted to: support@Intertrace.center

We may require additional verification before processing.

6. Scope of Data Disclosure

We may disclose the following data where legally required:

  • Account information, including email and timestamps;
  • IP addresses and access logs;
  • Submitted case data;
  • Associated metadata.

We do not guarantee availability of all requested data.

7. Data Minimization

We disclose only the minimum amount of data necessary to comply with legal obligations.

8. User Notification

We may notify affected users of requests unless:

  • Prohibited by law;
  • Risk of harm or investigation interference exists.

9. International Requests

Requests from non-U.S. authorities must be made through appropriate legal channels, such as Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties (MLATs).

10. Rejection of Requests

We reserve the right to reject or challenge requests that are:

  • Invalid or incomplete;
  • Overbroad or excessive;
  • Not legally binding;
  • In conflict with applicable law.

11. Emergency Limitations

Emergency disclosures are limited and subject to internal review. We do not guarantee immediate response.

12. Data Retention

We retain data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

13. Security and Integrity

We implement safeguards to ensure that disclosures are handled securely and appropriately.

14. Transparency

We may publish aggregated transparency reports regarding law enforcement requests.

15. No Direct System Access

Intertrace does not provide law enforcement with direct access to its systems. All data is disclosed only through formal response procedures.

16. No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that requested data exists, is retained, or can be recovered.

17. Liability Disclaimer

Intertrace shall not be liable for any actions taken based on disclosed data.

18. Changes to Policy

We may update this Policy at any time.
