This DMCA & Copyright Policy describes how Intertrace.center (“Intertrace”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) responds to claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.

Intertrace is operated by Zendom LLC, located at 3427 N Freeway Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95834, United States.

2. Platform Role

Intertrace is a user-generated content platform. Users are solely responsible for the content they submit. Intertrace does not pre-screen all content and does not guarantee that content is non-infringing.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or published on the Platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a DMCA Notice.

Notices must be sent to: support@Intertrace.center

4. Required Elements of a DMCA Notice

Your notice must include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including URL or exact location;
  • Your full legal name and contact information, including email address;
  • A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate;
  • A statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Review Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Intertrace may:

  • Review the claim;
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
  • Notify the user who uploaded the content;
  • Preserve evidence for legal and dispute purposes;
  • Take further action in accordance with this Policy.

6. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification.

Counter-notifications must include:

  • Identification of the removed content and its prior location;
  • Your name, address, and contact details;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was a mistake;
  • Consent to the jurisdiction of the United States federal courts;
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

7. Restoration of Content

If a valid counter-notification is received, Intertrace may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Repeat Infringers

Intertrace may terminate or restrict accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

9. False Claims

Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent DMCA notices or counter-notifications may result in legal liability, account suspension, and other actions.

10. No Guarantee of Removal from Third Parties

Intertrace may remove content from its Platform but cannot guarantee removal from:

  • Search engines;
  • Cached copies;
  • Third-party websites;
  • Archived or downloaded content.

11. Data Retention

Intertrace may retain DMCA notices, counter-notifications, logs, metadata, and related evidence for legal compliance, dispute resolution, and protection of rights.

12. Law Enforcement

Intertrace may disclose information related to DMCA claims to law enforcement or courts where required by law or legal process.

13. Limitation of Liability

Intertrace shall not be liable for actions taken in good faith in response to DMCA notices, including removal or restriction of content.

14. International Considerations

While this Policy is based on U.S. law, Intertrace may also respond to copyright claims under applicable international laws where appropriate.
