Case Submission Agreement

This Agreement governs all missing person case submissions, uploaded content, and related information submitted through Intertrace.

1. Agreement

By submitting a case on Intertrace.center (“Platform”), you (“User”) agree to this legally binding Agreement.

2. Responsibility for Content

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all information submitted, including but not limited to names, images, descriptions, and any identifying data.

3. Legal Authority

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to submit the information;
  • You have obtained all necessary consents;
  • The submission does not violate any laws or rights.

4. Accuracy

You confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

5. Third-Party Data

If you submit data about another person, you acknowledge full responsibility for the legality of such submission.

6. Public Disclosure

You understand that submitted data may be publicly accessible worldwide, indexed by search engines, and used by third parties.

7. Sensitive Data

If you submit sensitive data, including DNA or biometric information:

  • You provide explicit consent;
  • You assume all associated risks.

8. No Liability of Platform

Intertrace acts solely as a hosting and processing platform and is not responsible for the content submitted by users.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zendom LLC from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your submission.

10. Fraud and Abuse

False, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive submissions may result in account termination, removal of content, restriction of access, reporting to authorities, and legal action.

11. Payments

All submission fees are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly approved by Intertrace.

12. Acceptance

By submitting a case, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement and related Intertrace policies.
