- Submitting DNA or biometric data without consent;
- Misuse of medical or identifying information.
3.5 Illegal Content
- Any content violating applicable laws;
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity;
- Use of the Platform for criminal purposes.
3.6 Harassment and Abuse
- Harassment, threats, or intimidation;
- Exploitation of vulnerable individuals;
- Abusive or harmful behavior.
3.7 System Abuse
- Hacking, probing, or testing vulnerabilities;
- Automated scraping or data extraction;
- Overloading or disrupting services.
4. Platform Integrity
Users must not interfere with the normal operation of the Platform or attempt to bypass security measures.
5. Fraud and Manipulation
- Submitting duplicate or manipulated cases;
- Using the Platform for financial or reputational fraud;
- Attempting to exploit payment systems.
6. Public Data Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that content submitted to the Platform may be publicly accessible and globally distributed.
7. Enforcement
Intertrace reserves the right to:
- Remove any content at its sole discretion;
- Suspend or terminate user accounts;
- Restrict access to the Platform;
- Report violations to law enforcement.
8. No Obligation to Monitor
Intertrace is not obligated to monitor all user activity but may do so at its discretion.
9. Reporting Violations

10. Consequences of Violations
Violations may result in:
- Immediate removal of content;
- Permanent account ban;
- Legal action.
11. Relationship to Other Policies
