Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy governs lawful, responsible, and ethical use of Intertrace, especially because the Platform may involve sensitive missing person data.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of Intertrace.center (“Platform”), operated by Zendom LLC.

This Policy is designed to ensure lawful, responsible, and ethical use of the Platform, particularly given the sensitive nature of missing person data.

2. General Principle

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Policy.

3. Prohibited Content

3.1 False or Misleading Information

  • Submitting false missing person reports;
  • Providing misleading or fabricated details;
  • Intentionally spreading misinformation.

3.2 Defamation and Harm

  • Content that harms the reputation of any individual;
  • False accusations or allegations;
  • Publishing information intended to damage or harass.

3.3 Unauthorized Personal Data

  • Publishing personal data without legal authority;
  • Uploading private or confidential information unlawfully;
  • Violation of privacy rights.

3.4 Sensitive Data Abuse

  • Submitting DNA or biometric data without consent;
  • Misuse of medical or identifying information.

3.5 Illegal Content

  • Any content violating applicable laws;
  • Fraudulent or deceptive activity;
  • Use of the Platform for criminal purposes.

3.6 Harassment and Abuse

  • Harassment, threats, or intimidation;
  • Exploitation of vulnerable individuals;
  • Abusive or harmful behavior.

3.7 System Abuse

  • Hacking, probing, or testing vulnerabilities;
  • Automated scraping or data extraction;
  • Overloading or disrupting services.

4. Platform Integrity

Users must not interfere with the normal operation of the Platform or attempt to bypass security measures.

5. Fraud and Manipulation

  • Submitting duplicate or manipulated cases;
  • Using the Platform for financial or reputational fraud;
  • Attempting to exploit payment systems.

6. Public Data Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that content submitted to the Platform may be publicly accessible and globally distributed.

7. Enforcement

Intertrace reserves the right to:

  • Remove any content at its sole discretion;
  • Suspend or terminate user accounts;
  • Restrict access to the Platform;
  • Report violations to law enforcement.

8. No Obligation to Monitor

Intertrace is not obligated to monitor all user activity but may do so at its discretion.

9. Reporting Violations

If you believe a violation has occurred, contact: support@Intertrace.center.

10. Consequences of Violations

Violations may result in:

  • Immediate removal of content;
  • Permanent account ban;
  • Legal action.

11. Relationship to Other Policies

This Policy forms part of:

  • Terms of Service;
  • Privacy Policy;
  • Case Submission Agreement.

12. Changes to Policy

We may update this Policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
